Andrew Nielsen To Be Buried On Monday
Mr. Andrew Nielsen died April 9th and funeral services will be April 12th at the Emmaus Lutheran Church in Kennard. The Rev. Robert Albers will officiate at the 2 o’clock service. He had been confined in the Blair Community Hospital for two weeks.
Mr. Nielsen was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Nielsen, Sr., and was born September 4th, 1892. His wife the former Murial Stricklett, preceded him in death on May 10, 1972.
His occupation before his retirement was farming and he lived in Washington county all of his lifetime.
Survivors are two children, a son, Louis Nielsen of Kennard, and a daughter, Mrs. Sheldon Warrick (Jennylou) of Blair; four grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Also a brother, Leth Nielsen of Blair and a sister, Mrs. Lorraine Bosking of Sun City, Arizona.
Pallbearers will be nephews of Mr. Nielsen. Burial will be in the Kennard Cemetery.
