HARRY EDWARDS DIED EARLY TODAY

Harry Edwards, 61, well known Blair barber, passed away at his home at 217 East Front street shortly after six o'clock this morning. He was the victim of a heart attack.

The deceased was born in Kennard May 16th, 1888, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Stewart Edwards, long time residents in the Kennard vicinity. He grew to manhood and went to school in Kennard.

On December 26, 1914, he was married to Miss Bertha Menking, also of the Kennard vicinity and to that union one daughter, Mrs. Milford Sheets of Omaha was born.

Mr. and Mrs. Edwards moved to Blair in 1932, Mr. Edwards engaging in the barber business here. At the time of his death he had been operating a shop in his home on Front street east of the Clifton Hotel.

He is survived by his wife, his daughter, Mrs. Sheets of Omaha, one granddaughter, Virginia; a sister, Mrs. Minnie Carmichael of Blair and a brother, Jim of Portland, Oregon.

The body is at the Campbell Mortuary, and no date for the services had been set as The Enterprise goes to press.
