Father of David & Joel Son of Sarah Renfroe Little; his father, David A. Dozier (WW II fighter pilot; killed in a mission over Panama); and stepfather, Dr. Frank A. Little
Jack attended public schools in Thomasville, the University of Georgia where he was a member of Kappa Alpha Fraternity and graduated from Valdosta State University. He was a highly regarded realtor of Franklin and Wakulla Counties. He was also an avid bird watcher and an authority on the birds of Florida. He served as a mentor to many Florida birders and was always willing and eager to share his vast knowledge. In addition to being a passionate birder, he was a good steward of the environment. He was instrumental in the establishment of The Nature Conservancy's Phipps Preserve at Alligator Point.
