Ray, the little two year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Thos. Bates, died last Wednesday afternoon of cholera infantum, after a sickness of only four days. He was dangerously ill from the start and everything that human hands could do was done to relieve the little sufferer. He was a lovely, sunny-natured child, and in his short life had endeared himself to all those about him. Funeral was held Thursday at 2 p.m., Rev. Schafer officiating. We extend our sympathy to the bereaved ones.
