Mrs. Cassey Ann Buell died at 20 minutes past 10 p.m., June 3, at her home, two miles northwest of Little River. Mrs. Buel was 35 years of age the 5th of last September. She was born in Crawford county, Pennsylvania, came to Kansas in 1877, and on Thanksgiving day landed in Sterling. Mrs. Buel was feeble for a number of years, having been troubled with heart disease, and finally with dropsy. She was a member of the United Brethren church. A large number of friends accompanied the remains to the burial grounds, northeast of this city, on Sunday following.
