Sue Ward McDuffee, age 46 of Kennard passed away October 6, 2023, in Omaha. Funeral services will be held Friday October 13 at 3:00PM at the Kennard Auditorium in Kennard, Nebraska. Graveside services will follow in the Kennard Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday October 12, 2023, from 6:00 to 8:00PM at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home in Blair. Casual dress is preferred.


Memory was born March 5, 1977, in Blair, Nebraska, the daughter of Charles Ward and Susan Miller. She was raised in Kennard and graduated from Bennington High School in 1995. During her time in school she was an active member of the cheer team. She will always be remembered for her smile, that could light up any room, being a prankster who was always up for an adventure, but most of all, she will be remembered as a loving mother to her three sons.


Left to cherish her memory are her sons: Devin Uitts, Trinton McDuffee and Aiden McDuffee; mother, Susan Miller; sister, Amber (Mario) Cole; brothers: Robert Mann and Corey Mann; special friend, Kirsten Engelken; significant other, Jonas Thomas; along with her aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.


She was preceded in death by dad, Charlie Ward; grandparents: Clayton and Mickey Miller and Lewis and Peggy Ward.
