Bryan was born on May 9, 1963 the son of Michael D. Moore and Rosemary F. (Spiker) Hatcher. He was raised in the Blair area and graduated from Blair High School in 1981.
Bryan will be remembered by family and friends as being a hard worker, a perfectionist to a fault but mostly for his smile and infectious laugh. He enjoyed riding his Harley and boating on the river. He retired from Cox Cable after 32 years of service. During his time at Cox, he developed many wonderful friendships over the years as well as the many friends outside of work. Bryan's pride and joy was his daughter and grandchildren.
Bryan is survived by daughter: Caitlin (Nick) Ulmen, Edina, MN; sister: Angie (Tim) Alberico, Omaha, NE; sister-in-Law, Shirley Moore, Sergeant Bluff, IA; stepmother: Sherry Moore, Elk City, NE; sister: Deana (Tory) Bannister, Elkhorn, NE; brothers: William Moore, Elk City, NE and Gerrad (Nicole) Moore, Omaha, NE; grandchildren: William and Loretta Ulmen; nieces and nephews: Jacci (Aaron) Barge, Jayme (Dusty) Book, Cassie Alberico, Callie (Jared) Myers, Dylan (Lexie) Moore, Haley Hatcher-Storm, Trenton and Taylor Bannister, Dayton, Avery and Liam Moore; great nieces and nephews: Chloe and Bentley Book, Paetyn and Taetym Barge; and many cousins and special friend Shannon
