Esther Allred Armstrong, age 87, died January 9, 1991 in Salt Lake City.

She was born May 5, 1903 in Vernal, Utah to George L. and Marian Remington Goodrich. Married Frank B. Allred, December 6, 1921; they were later divorced. He died September 23, 1972. Married Hank James Armstrong, in March 1956; he died in 1979. Member of the LDS Church. Member of Tooele Senior Citizens. She loved reading, she was a loving homemaker.

Survived by her children, Mrs. Orville (Venice) Goff, Tooele; Eugene F. and wife Darlene Allred, Stockton; Mrs. James (Ginger) Gochis, Tooele; Clayton G. and wife Georgia Allred, Boise, Idaho; Mrs. Leonard (Terry) Roach, James Milton and wife Edris Allred, both West Jordan; Mrs. Wayne (Anita) Peterson, West Valley City; Mrs. Thomas (Jeri) Case, West Jordan; Burton D. and wife Vee Allred, St. Louis, Missouri; Clarence M. and wife Hazel Allred, Tooele; 91 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by a daughter, Colleen A. Thomas; seven brothers and sisters, one grandson.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 12, 1991 at 12 noon in the Tate Mortuary Chapel, 110 South Main Street, where friends may call from 10:30-11:45 a.m. on Saturday. Interment, Tooele City Cemetery.
