J. M. GRIGSBY DIES AT HIS HOME AT LUTTRELL

J. M. Grigsby, aged 57 years, well known farmer of Luttrell, died at his home Sunday afternoon at 4:30 o'clock, after a brief illness. His death was thought to have been due to heart trouble.
He is survived by his widow, two daughters, Mrs. E. J. Hundley and Mrs. Roy Davis of Luttrell; and six sons, Rev. S. C. Grigsby, pastor of Calvary Baptist church of Knoxville, J. H., R. L., and J. B. Grigsby, also of Knoxville, and W. J., and Henry Grigsby of Luttrell.
Funeral services will be conducted from the late home, Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev. J. F. Wolfenbarger, officiating. Interment will be in Luttrell cemetery.
Mr. Grigsby was well known in Knoxville. He lived here for a number of years. He was at one time engaged in the grocery business. He was a member of the Knoxville Police department for about four years, retiring about six years ago tome his home on his farm near Luttrell.
While his health had not been good for several months, he was not thought to be in a serious condition and his death coming so suddenly Sunday was a shock to his family and friends.
