Birth: Oct. 16, 1919
Missouri, USA
Death: Jan. 29, 1989
Poplar Bluff
Butler County
Missouri, USA

My Aunt Pauline was the daughter of Jennie and John Swinney, although, she lost her father to death when she was only three months old.

She married my uncle, Everett Duty, who was the second child of Hattie SIMMONS Duty and Ernest Samuel Duty, on April 11, 1936.

Together, they had eight children. They named them, in order of birth, Lavarn, Carl, Phyllis, Patsy, Betty Sue and Donna Lou (twins), Barbara Gail, and David.

Aunt Pauline was much loved and missed by her children, family, and friends. She was age 69 when she died.

(The above picture is of Aunt Pauline at age 16 and Uncle Everett at age 23.)

(The second picture is of the eight children of my Aunt Pauline and Uncle Everett--taken in 1977.)
