Where do I begin, Heather, or HR is what she perfered to be called. Too many Heather's out there. She wanted to be different. She was born to be a model and it was her passion and the camera loved her as much as she loved it.
She was taken from us way too soon and well before her time. Why?! we may never know, but some day we will know the truth of how and why she died the way she did so far from family and friends in the home of a virtual stranger to her. For 5 days she was missing and then she was dead with no explaination or reason... a massive drug over dose is what they told us, Multiple drugs none belonging to her.
All belonging to the man who owed her over $70,000 in back child support but when she died so did the arrears... she was trying to get her money from him and he killed her in order to avoid paying.
How you ask? He is a comissioned deputy sheriff in the town he lives and where she was found in his home. The night before she was found, she was attempting to get away from him and was found flagging traffic on the hwy out of town, instead of taking her to the department to call someone. The patrolman put her into his car and drove her to her biological fathers home and left her, less than 24 hors later she was DEAD. When they arrived at the home, He immediately started telling them she was suicidal and took her own life,and she lived with him, LIE after LIE. HR lived in Vicksburg, MS and worked there at the hospital. She had a home and a job in another state, but they chose to believe him and DID NOTHING in the form of investigating this as a crime. For 13 months they wouldn't let us file a wrongful death or even criminal charges, they claimed you couldn't do both but NEVER did EITHER just kept us hanging until the statue of limitations was spent. Then they "closed" the investigation only after it was TOO LATE to file against the lot of them. I will hopefully find an attorney to file for me in spite of what they did.
