Wife of George Lewis Frederick Seybt, the son of Freidrich Sebyt and Ainre Risne (Amy) Teirse. He was born on Aug. 28th 1811 in Paris, France and died Dec. 9th 1883 in Newberry or Cokesbury South Carolina. Joanna Hatch was a descendant of Jacques and Madelene Courtois Roulain Huguenot settlers of Charleston. Joanna Hatch and George Seybt were the parents of the following children born in Charleston, South Carolina:
