Funeral services were held Saturday, January 18 at 2:00 p.m.. from Jones Funeral Home Chapel in Richton for Estelle Kittrell, 52, who died Thursday, January 16, 1997 at Methodist Hospital in Hattiesburg, MS.
Rev. Bobby Hood officiatd. Interment was in Freefield Church of Christ Cemetery, State Line. MS.
Mrs. Kittrell was a life long resident of Greene County and was employed for 15 years with the B.C.P. Factory in Richton, MS.
Mrs. Kittrell was preceded in death by one daughter, Charlene Kittrell and one daughter-in-law Laura Lynn Kittrell and her parents Jeff and Ora Lee Brownlee.
Survivors include three sons, J.R. Kittrell, Richard Kittrell, Robert Kittrell all of Richton, MS., three daughters, Kay Whiddon, Lucy Whiddon, and Stacey Henderson all of Richton, MS. five brothers, James Brownlee, of Flatwood, LA., Alton Brownlee, Carl Wayne Brownlee, Paul Brownlee, and Arvil Brownlee, all of Richton, Ms. five sisters, Mildren Taylor, Suzie Tisdale, Sally Mills, Reba Mayo, and Barbara Newell, all of Richton, MS, and Annie White, Rochester, NY., and eight grandchildren.
