TREMON O. "Ted" BAUCUM, JR, 86, of Memphis went to Jesus on March 25, 2008 after enduring Alzheimers. He taught children's Sunday School at First Evangelical Church, and was a past member of St. John's Methodist. Born in Murray, KY, Ted fought in the Navy in World War II. He managed Sterick Garage and also worked for Crye-Leike and at four Schnucks. Ted was president of SERTOMA 1973-74 and treasurer of Boy Scout Troop 75 at Mullins Methodist. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Marjorie Allen Baucum who married him at Calvary Baptist, and by his two sons, Bob and Bill, and by his brother Charles Baucum. He was preceded in death by his sister, Ann Sibley. Arrangements are incomplete, but visitation and services will be at Memphis Funeral Home, 5599 Poplar.
