Wife of Hiram Eddins
Esther E. Eddins was a resident of Patroon, Texas. She is the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Jones, pioneer settlers of Shelby County. Esther was born and grew up in Shelby County. She married H. C. Eddins on December 26, 1869. Mrs. Eddins had been in poor health for 2 years before her death. Survivors included her husband; 3 daughters; and 3 sons.
