Mr. Letts was born, August 23, 1907 in Wagoner, Indian Territory. He died Saturday, March 3, 1990 in Muskogee Regional Medical Center.
A retired employee for the State of Oklahoma, he lived most of his life in the Wagoner area. He was a member of the First Baptist church and a veteran of World War II, when he served in the U. S. army.
Survivors include his wife, Hazel, of the home; two sons, Dennis of Durant, and Ray Don of Cherokee; four grandchildren, Dana, Shawn, Tracy and Brad Letts.
Pallbearers were Mickey Wilson, T. H. Hunter, Bob Stuart, Dan Easterling, Bill Lancaster and Farrell Rosson. Serving as honorary pallbearers were Charles Bates, Richard Ford, Hugh Kyle, Jess Page, Bob Beasley, Owen Dugger, Leon Blaylock, Terry Jones and Sam Risenhoover.
