Bobby Joe Richard Myers, 40, of 132 Mountain View Road, Oil City, died unexpectedly Tuesday, Dec. 14, 2004. Born Jan. 17, 1964, in Oil City, he was the son of Harry R. and Beulah Smith Myers. Mr. Myers owned and operated Myers Tree Service. Surviving are his mother, Beulah Myers of Oil City; a son, Bobby Joe Myers Jr. of Oil City; two brothers, Jim Myers and wife, Lori, of Rouseville, and Jody Myers of Venus; and a sister, Darlene Holcomb of Oil City. He also is survived by seven nieces and nephews, Dallas Rowland, Dakota Rowland, Jamie and Rich Roos, Eric and Amy Hogue, Gage Myers, Leigha Myers and Angie Myers; and five great-nieces and great-nephews, Christine Myers, Michael Myers, Austin Horner, Ashley Myers and Ryan Hogue. Mr. Myers was preceded in death by his father. There will be no visitation. Services will be conducted at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Venus Cemetery. The Morrison Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society
