CUYAHOGA FALLS -- Eleanor M. Thomas, 82, passed away Feb. 18, 1998. An area resident since 1965, she retired from Children's Hospital Medical Center in 1981. She was a member of the United Presbyterian Church of Cuyahoga Falls. Surviving are daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Ernie Arnold of Bradenton, Fla.; sister, Flora Roper of East Brady, Pa.; brother, Henry Jordan of Grove City, Pa. She had five grandchildren, Karen Casteel, the late Laura Lee, Tom Dormo, Guy Arnold, and Jeff Arnold; nine great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the McGowan-Reid & Santos Funeral Home, on Third Street, one block north of Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls, where friends may call one hour prior to service time. Rev. John Callahan, Jr. officiating. Private interment at Sligo Cemetery in Sligo, Pa.
