Mary was born in Huntingdon County, PA the daughter of John and Mary (Bienadue) Fry.

August 7 1934, Tyrone Daily Herald Mrs. Mary A Albright One of Tyrone's Oldest Citizens Passed to Her Reward. Last evening at ten oclock Mrs. Mary A Albright passed peacefully out of this world at her home in the Albright block, corner Pennsylvania Avenue 12th Street after three years illness with arteriosclerorsis. Mr.s Mary Anna Albright was born at Huntingdon Furnace, Pennyslvania September 18 1843 the daughter of the late John and Mary Fry. In September 1860 at the Fry country home near Tipton she was united in marriage with Christian Albright who preceded her to the gave a number of years ago. Mrs. Albright remained in this vicinity for her entire life, nearly ninety one years, and for more than seventy years she had been a resident of Tyrone. Surviving her going away are these sons and daughters, Frank G Albright Tyrone, Anna C Albright Baltimore Maryland, Mrs. Orien Krebs San Luis Obispo, California, Charles Albright, walter Albrigth and Fred Albright of Altoona. She is also survived by one brother George Fry of Tipton and 32 grandchildren. Mrs. Albright was born and reared a Lutheran. After coming to Tyrone, she was instrumental in instituting the First English Lutheran Church in this place and was the last of its charter members. She saw the church grow and increase in membership and in all branches of Christian work. For many years she was president of the Dorcas Society an organization that has been of great help to the church. She gave liberally of her means to promote the activities of the church and a few years ago financed an orchestra for the Sunday School services, a part of the programs that is greatly appreciated by its membership. She was sincere in her faith in the gospel of Christ and has gone on to reap the reward that awaits those who have been true followers of Him here on this earth. Funeral services will be conducted at the First Lutheran Church on Thursday afternoon at 2:30 oclock by Rev Wilton Clyde Dunlap. Internment will be made in the Albright plot in Grandview Cemetery.
