Anthony is the son of Kathryn Mae (Flowers) and Kenneth Wayne Carter Jr. The brother of Tabatha Ann and Christopher Layden Carter.

He is the grandson of Frances (Keeley) Wise and Arnold Layden Flowers and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Carter Sr.

He is the great-grandson of Charlotte (Harris, Hall) Keeley and Junior "Dale" Keeley.

He is the great-great-grandson of Minnie Helen (Bohne, Harris) Lutin and Norwood Harris Sr., William Andrew Keeley and Hazel Marian (Higley, Keeley) Reed

Also surviving are several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

He had been ill for the past seven months.

FRANKFORT -- Anthony Wayne Carter, 1, son of Kathryn Flowers Carter and Kenneth Wayne Carter of 417 West Second Street, died Sunday. Services 2 p.m. today, Rogers Funeral Home. Visitation 1 p.m. today.
