Mrs. Melissa Carson, Reynolds, Ga
Reynolds, Ga., December 27 (Special) Mrs. Melissa Carson was buried in the Carson burial grounds this morning. She had been in failing health for the past year. Mrs. Carson was the widow of James Carson. She is survived by Charles A. Carson and Nathaniel B. Carson, of Kissimmee, Fla., both prominent in the financial world. The former has been in the senate, and actively urged to make the race for governor of the state. The other son is Joe J. Carson, at whose home she died, and her one daughter is the wife of Rev. J J Farmer, of Hampton, a prominent Baptist divine.
