Mrs. W.L. (Minnie) Warren of 655 Cedar died at 6:15 p.m. Monday Apr 16, 1979 at St. Joseph's Hospital. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday Apr 18 at the Steele and Thomas Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 7 p.m. tonight, Tuesday. She was born Jan. 1, 1891 in Wise Co. a daughter of the late Bud and Clarissa Shawhart. She married W.L. Warren on Nov. 6, 1906, in Paris. He preceded her in death in 1964. She was a member of the Ramsuer Baptist Church. Survivors include one son, Wylie Warren of Paris; two daughters, Mrs. Elsie Aydelott and Mrs. Peggy Anderson, both of Paris; one sister, Mrs. Rosie Adams of Mesquite; 16 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
