Bob, AKA "Bobbo,", "Turkey Bob" and "Fishhook" was born Dec. 5, 1961. He was the son of Thomas and Lee Anna (Fink) Leonard. He attended and graduated from Blair High School. While in high school, Bob rose to the rank of Eagle Scout.
After high school, he attended UNL and Dana College. He was a longtime employee at the Cargill plant in Blair. He was very proud of his safety record. Bob was active on the Blair Fire department and EMT Squad and made many great friends. Bob was known for his sense of humor, calm demeanor and always had a 'one liner' for every situation.
Bob loved nature and loved to garden, planting trees, canning and apple cider. He also loved music.
Robert T. Leonard, age 61 of Blair, passed away Dec. 27, 2022.
Left to cherish his memory is his significant other Kim Swanson and sister Susan Mirich; along with extended family, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Linda.
