Donna L. Teichman, 70, of Arnold, died Monday, Nov. 12, 2007, at Alle-Kiski Medical Center, Harrison Township. She was born Dec. 10, 1936, in Arnold, to the late Dominick and Pauline (Bia) Gaudy, and was a 1956 graduate of Arnold High School. A devoted wife and mother, she was a life member and past president of Arnold Volunteer Fire Company No. 2 Ladies Auxiliary, and Springdale Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star. A bowling enthusiast, she belonged to two leagues, enjoyed going to camp in Mercer County, and was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan. Survived by children, Brenda (Gary) Hrabak, of West Deer, and Louis R. Teichman, of Arnold, with whom she lived; granddaughter, Jennifer Hrabak; sibling, Delores (Thomas) Cowan, of Florida; sister-in-law, Mary Lou Gaudy; numerous nieces and nephews; and her beloved border collie, "Angel". In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Louis L. Teichman, on July 1, 1996; siblings, Ethel Shamey, Clarence Gaudy and Pauline Ewing. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the ROSS G. WALKER FUNERAL HOME LTD., 217 Freeport Road, New Kensington, where a service will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday. The Rev. Harold M. Mele Jr., pastor of The Meadows Evangelistic Outreach, Lower Burrell, will officiate. Private burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell. The Arnold Fire Co. No. 2 Ladies Auxiliary will hold memorial services 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.
