Mildred Stanford, 91, of Louisville, died at 3:15 a.m. Sunday, January 19, 1997, at Flora Care Center, Flora.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Neal Funeral Home, Louisville. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services, Tuesday, at the funeral home.
Burial will be in the Orchard Hill Cemetery, Louisville. Bro. Tom McGee will officiate at the services. Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army.
Mrs. Stanford was born September 25, 1905, in Louisville, the daughter of Roy F. and Lura (Hagle) Lackey. She married William L. Stanford in 1922. He died in 1989. She was a homemaker, and a member of the Louisville Christian Church.
Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Evelyn Stine of Flora, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and one daughter.
