Mrs. Delila Gilson, 49, wife of Oscar Gilson, died Sunday at 5:05 a.m. in her home in the Lincoln highway, near McCurdy's stop, after a long illness.
Mrs. Gilson was born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, a daughter of the late William and Leona Cornell.
Besides her husband, she leaves four daughters, Mrs. Calvin Waggoner, Mrs. George Wagoner and Mrs. Delmyr Waters of East Liverpool, and Miss Dorothy Gilson at home; three sons, John Gilson of Wellsville, and Olen and Robert Gilson, at home; four sisters, Mrs. Harry Drain, Mrs. Louis Willard and Mrs. Frank Smith of Akron, and a brother, J.E. Cornell of Pittsburgh. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 3 p.m.in the home of her sister, Mrs. Louis Willard, LaCroft, in charge of Rev. Mary Thompson. Burial will be made in RIVERVIEW Cemetery.

Friends are asked to call at the Willard home tonight.
