Paraguayan President. He served as the 31st President of Paraguay from March 17, 1924 to August 15, 1924. He served in numerous government positions before becoming president in March of 1924. His presidential tenure lasted for six months until stepping down in August of 1924. He went on to continue in government service, including as vice president from August of 1939 to February of 1940, before retiring in October of 1940.
