They moved with Daniel Eckroth(Eckroate) and his wife Margaretha Rebecca "Peggy" Eckroth born Eckenroth to Stark Co. Ohio and are buried at Saint Clements Cemetery.

A receipt for a cemetery marker for Elizabeth, reads:
Aged 58" was overwritten with the figure "60"
in dfferent handwritting. The inscription on the marker itself at St. Clement's Cemetery is: ECKROATE

Bethlehem Tp., Stark Co. Aug 13 1849
The undersigned has bought a Myer & Brother a set of Grave
Stones, containing about 6 feet inches Marble, with
and inscribed "Elizabeth Eckroad Died March 7th 1849
Aged 60 Yrs" with such extensions
or abreviations as may be necesary, which he agrees to receive in "Bethlehem
Stark Co.," any time when delivered, after the 1 Sept." next a "September 16.00 dollars 90/100 cents Dollars; to be paid on delivery. (Some handwritting,...Henry Dinius....)
On the Account Book of Myers & Brother NO 9; it shows paid August 15th 1850 of Henry Dinius The Administrator of the Estate of Elizabeth Eckenroth(Eckenrode) Sixteen Dollars & ninety cents in full of the written Myers & Brothers (for the marker)
Both Elizabeth and her Husband are buried side by side in Row 5 with their son, Henry, at the Cemetery of Saint Clement's Catholic Church, 216 Wooster St. E., Navarre, Ohio, 44662
The inscription on the tombstone reads:
Eckroate, Henry 1831 - 1908
Christian "Father" 1787-1847
Elizabeth "Mother" 1789-1849
