Zola Evalina (Whaley) McMahan passed away on January 23, 2008. She was born on January 27, 1930, the daughter of Ira Thomas and Florence Elizabeth (Packett) Whaley.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Sam Russell McMahan; one son, Archie Ray McMahan; one daughter-in-law, Gayle McMahan; one granddaughter, Racheal; and one great-grandson, Zachary.
Zola is survived by two sons, Kenny and Jimmy McMahan; five daughters, Brenda (Richard) Chadburn, Trina (Danny) Tullock, Connie Jenkins, Teresa Bruce, Lisa Broillet; one sister, Thurlia Quilliams; 14 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral service held in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville, TN. Interment in Shady Grove Cemetery, Richardson Cove, TN.
