Obituary from hurricanevalleymortuary.com:
Ivins, Utah - Diane Ririe Hogan died peacefully in her home surrounded by her daughters following a devastating stroke, on October 5, 2021. She was born on June 16, 1941, in Preston, Idaho, to Leo and Fay Jensen.
Diane loved life and shared her many talents with her family and everyone that crossed her path. She loved music and had a beautiful singing voice and was lead in her High School musical Brigadoon, lead in Salt Lake, "Promise Valley," multiple solos in the Oakland Temple Pageant, participated in many Stake and Ward Choirs, and in recent years she was a member of the Southern Utah Heritage Choir in Saint George. Diane loved taking long walks and enjoying the beauty around her and would go camping with her family, boogie boarding, walks on the beach, and long scenic drives. She had an eye for the arts and enjoyed painting, working with pottery, crocheting beautiful blankets, stitchery, and she was an avid crafter.
Diane served as a temple worker in the Oakland Temple, the Ogden Temple, and the Saint George Temple. Diane worked as a service missionary at the Salt Lake Conference Center, served with Lynn as an ELL service missionary in Saint George, and was active in serving in numerous callings for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Diane's daughters and family have benefited greatly from all of her talents, her service, and she will be lovingly missed: until we meet again.
Diane is preceded in death by her husband, Eldon Ririe; her husband, Frank Hansen; her husband, Lynn Hogan; and her parents. She is survived by her brother, Stephen Jensen (Cathy); her brother, L. Clair Jensen (Jo); her sister, Sheila (Roger); her daughters: Barbara Montgomery (Greg), Jodi Leach (Eric), and Denise Snyder (Dave); and Lynn's children: Tracy Enser (Trent), Debbie Hough (Jeff), Stephanie Hooker, Craig Hogan (Lalania), and Christi Chidister. Diane has influenced the life of many grandkids, great-grandkids, and great-great grandkids, who will forever have cherished memories and who will love her dearly.
