Charles Franklin Parrish, 74, son of William and Lucretia Comer Parrish, was born in Putnam Co., Ohio. He was united in marriage to Clara L. medley, Feb. 24, 1895. To this union were born 8 children; 5 sons and 3 daughters; one son Jesse having preced him in death in September 1897. Mr. Parrish came to this county at the age of 18 months and has lived his entire life on his farm on which he passed away in Jackson Township. He was active in his community, serving as school board member and trustee. He was a kind and loving husband and father always ready to help others when needed.
