Bonnie Shuss Rites Sunday

Final rites for Mrs. Bonnie Shuss, 59, well-known Lewisburg woman were held Sunday afternoon at the Kramer funeral chapel, with Rev. Charles C. Messmer, local EUB minister officiating. Burial was in Roselawn cemetery.

Mrs. Shuss passed away early Friday morning at St. Elizabeth hospital, Dayton, where she had been a patient since suffering a stroke the previous Friday night. She had been in failing health for three or four years.

Only child of the late Mr. and Mrs. Kennedy Garreth, she was born at Ithaca and spent much of her girlhood here. After residing in Dayton for many years, she returned to Lewisburg and was in the restaurant business here. In recent months she had been employed in Dayton.

Surviving are two sons, Robert of Dayton and Ralph of Lewisburg, and three grandchildren.
