Arlington Man's Father Dies Sunday
Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 23, at Bader-Rozanek Colonial Funeral Home in Fremont for Charles S. Wiseman, 71, of Fremont, who died March 20, 1983, at Memorial Hospital of Dodge County Annex in Fremont.

The Rev. Lt. Douglas Stearns of the Salvation Army Church conducted the services. Burial was in Ridge Cemetery.

Charles S. Wiseman was born April 11, 1911, at Cozad. Before moving to Fremont in 1968, he lived in Scottsbluff and Grand Island.

He served in the United States Army from 1934 – 37. He was a retired trucker.

He married Ellea G. Hill on December 25, 1937, at Council Bluffs, Iowa.

He is survived by his wife, Ellea; sons, Charles Wiseman, Jr., of Tekamah; Larry Wiseman of Maples, Idaho; Vern Wiseman of Fremont and Dennis Wiseman of Arlington; and daughters, Mrs. Dwayne (Joyce) Hammond of Fremont and Mrs. Larry (Sherry) Johnson of Omaha. Fifteen grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Henry (Alice) Lengen of New Hartford, also survive.

Bader – Rozanek Colonial Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for the services
