83 years old, wife of late Mason Hubert Campbell, daughter of Richard Almer & Edith(Babcock)Helliwell. A graduate of Pembroke College at Brown University, Class of 1946, Carolyn spent her war years as an airplane spotter for the US Army at Tower Hill, Quonset, and Point Judith. After the war, she and Mason were married at the Peace Dale Congregational Church. They spent their honeymoon in Vermont, and moved to Cambridge Mass so Mason could complete his degree program at MIT. After the tragic loss of their first child Susan to a still birth, they went on to have 3 children and 7 grandchildren. They settled in northeastern town of Topsfield, Massachusetts to live and raise their family. They will be missed.
