Selina Ellen Kirk married widower William Wright Hunter February 6, 1890 in Wilson County, Tennessee. In 1894 they removed to Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, where they remained about three years, finally settling in McKinney, Collin County, Texas in about 1897. They lived here until the death of William Wright Hunter on the 24th of July 1907. He was buried in the Mt. Olivet/Williams Cemetery. Selena then took her family and moved to Graham in Young County, Texas in December of 1908. She lived here until her death, except for one short period when she lived in Ft Worth. Selina worked in the office of Dr. Gant, and was a charter member of the Oak Street Baptist Church.
