Professional Football Player. Born Anthony Robert Elliott in New York City and later raised in Bridgeport, Connecticut. He played at the nose tackle position for seven seasons (1982 to 1988) in the National Football League with the New Orleans Saints. After playing collegiate football at Wisconsin and later North Texas, Elliott was selected by the Saints in the fifth round of the 1982 NFL Draft. During his career, he appeared in 84 NFL games.
