Miss Santore was a teacher at the Robert Louis Stevenson Elementary School in Melrose Park, Illinois for many years.
To the best of my knowledge, Victoria never married. She did have two siblings, Anthony and Mildred.

The following is a comment made by Joey Spado who has given me permission to post;

"I had Miss Santore for 8th grade. My most vivid memory was the project where we all made stuffed animals. She'd guide us through cutting the fabric, sewing it inside out, turning back right side and stuffing it with cotton batting. then we'd sew up the rest. Being a boy and back in those days, (class of 1963 at Stevenson), it was never thought of for a "boy" to sew, but she pulled us all through it. I danced too, the regular ball room dancing. My partner, a girl in my class that I was madly in love with, were really good and we performed for the PTA. We did the Waltz and the ChaCha. These memories have brought tears to my eyes."
