Gladys R. Harp, 92, a resident of Springdale died march 4, 2006, at Northwest Medical Center of Washington County in Springdale.
Born June 2, 1913, in Mena, the daughter of Rice B. and Jessie M. Murry Garrison.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, John Harp in 1955, Hamp Henry in 1965, and Vernon Beabout in 1977; and a daughter, Maxine Tucker in 1996.
Survivors include her companion, Gilbert "Gib"Swofford of Springdale; a daughter, Shirley Shipman and her husband, Larry, of Mesquite, Texas; 10 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-greatgrandchildren.
Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. today at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral chapel with the Rev. Bruce Kassab officiating. Burial will be in Sonora Cemetery. Pallbearers are Zane Shipman, Don Shipman, Marcus Causey, Paul Bolding, Johnny Thrash, Danny Stevens, and Kelton Shipman.
