Anne M. Freck (nee Schweitzer) of Burlington City, died Wednesday, December 12, 2007 in the home that she and her beloved husband, William, loved.
Mrs. Freck was born in Burlington and she remained a lifelong Burlington City resident. She had first worked in the office of the Borden Dairy in Burlington. She then worked for Sears Roebuck & Company for thirty years before retiring. She was an active member of St. Paul's Catholic Church, where she was a Eucharistic minister and a member of the Altar Rosary Society. She was also a past president of St. Paul's PTA and an active member of the Young At Heart Club, the Burlington Historical Society, the Elks Lodge Auxiliary, and the Women's Club of Burlington.
Anne is survived by her husband of sixty-seven years, William H. Freck; her daughter, Mary Anne and her husband Joseph of Monroe Township; her daughter, Carol and her husband Charles of Windsor, CT; her eight grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM on Monday in St. Paul's Catholic Church, E. Union St., Burlington, with burial following in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Friends may also call at the PAGE FUNERAL HOME, 302 E. Union St., Burlington, on Sunday from 3 to 5 PM and on Monday from 8:30 to 9:30 AM.
