Ed was a carpenter for over 45 years. He was the initiator of the Lehnertz Avenue Christmas Decorations which began in 1952 and is still continued today. He was a life member of the Royal Order of the Moose 400. He loved watching and talking about his beloved White Sox, and he could not have been happier when they won the World Series in 2005.
