Floy Marie "Memmie" Davis, 92, died Dec. 16, 2005, of natural causes in Klamath Falls.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Eternal Hills Funeral Home with the Reverends Charles and Sherie Massey officiating. Visitation will also be there from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today. Interment will be at Eternal Hills Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Davis was born May 14, 1913, in Sheridan, Ark., to Harve and Jennie (Stuckey) Puckett.
She lived in Arkansas until moving to Bly in 1936.
On July 8, 1950, she married LaVoie Davis.
She began working as a potato sorter after working earlier in a laundry. Over the years, she worked for almost all the Klamath Basin's potato processing companies. She continued working as a potato sorter until she was almost 80 years old, retiring in 1990.
She enjoyed her grandchildren and camping at Gerber Reservoir, liked to fish, and attended the Calvary Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law Jim and Barbara Easley of Klamath Falls; daughter and son-in-law Martha and Norman Rose of Klamath Falls; grandchildren Rhonda Rose, Rodney Rose, Kurt Easley, Lorie Easley, Elizabeth Diaz, Jason Easley, Julia Probst and Lisa Rahn; great-grandchildren Linzi, Jordan, Alisha, Alex, Autumn, Ricky, Ivy, Grace, Crystal, Eric, Ky, Luke, Jamie, Floy Marie, Brandon, Jessica and Rachel; great-great-grandchild Cameron; sisters LaVern Lucas of Sheridan, Ark., and Betty Zylks of Rodessa, La.
She was preceded in death by her husband about five and half months ago, and five brothers and three sisters.
