Walter L. Shaw, 76 years old, rural route 3 Eaton, a retired Gasper township farmer, died Sunday morning. He was a lifelong resident of Preble County and a member of the Sugar Valley Methodist church and the Dixon Grange.
Survivors include a son, Arthur, Rural Route 3, Eaton; a brother Homer of Eaton, and a granddaughter.
Services for Mr. Shaw will be held Wednesday at 2:30 P.M. at the Barnes Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Sherrill and Rev. Donald Rossman officiating. Burial will be in Mound Hill Union Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 P.M. Tuesday. Married February 12, 1908 in Preble County, Ohio.
