Funeral for Mattie Pearl Brown, 76, of Neel will be today, Nov. 27, 2007, at 12:30 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Wayne Voss officiating.
Burial will be in Johnson Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be today from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Brown, who died Sunday, Nov. 25, 2007, at Brookshire Health Care Center in Huntsville, was born June 6, 1931, in Morgan County to Elmos L. Turner and Navalia A. Crow Turner. She was a member of Walden Chapel Church.
Survivors include three sons, Donald Roberts of Danville and Kenneth J. Roberts and Mike Brown, both of Decatur; two sisters, Dorothy Henley of Moody and Evelyn Swenny of California; four grandchildren; three greatgrandchildren; and niece, Brenda Folmar of Moody.
Pallbearers will be Scotty Bunt, Lloyd Turner Jr. and Brandon Osborne.
