She attended Grove City College in PA and got her BA and taught High School before getting married. She and her husband Harry moved to Winter Haven in 1950. She was employed at Snivley Groves, WH News-Chief and First Baptist Church.
Lois was a member of St Joseph's Catholic Church, was in the church Guild for many years and a member of the Jacaranda Garden Club.
Lois was proceeded in death by her parents and husband Harry and brother Gene Marotti. She is survived by her daughter Linda of Atlanta, GA, brother Robert Marotti (Pat), nieces and nephews, Michael, Cindy, Robert II Marotti, Mia Marotti Holden, Cara Marotti Hewett and Lew Marotti and many cousins.
The family will be forever grateful for Dr Koilpillai, Stephanie Cassady, APRN and all her caring and loving caregivers especially Karen and Debbie.
Lois's passion in life was reading and cooking, she even wrote a cookbook "Time to Pig Out". She also had a love of pigs and had a vast collection. She enjoyed playing cards with her family, friends and neighbors. She will be missed.
