He was the son of Charles Williams and Elizabeth Weekes. On Dec. 17, 1713, he married Mary Robinson at East Haddam. She was the only child of Ens. Thomas and Lydia (Ackley) Robinson. Charles Williams was a selectman of the town. He was a lieutenant of the Haddam militia.Son of Charles Williams, Sr. and Elizabeth Weeks.
