CLAUDETTE MARY KARRIEM, 64, of Memphis, passed away November 6, 2007 at Baptist Memorial Hospital Memphis. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time at 3 p.m., Thursday, November 8 at N. J. Ford & Sons Funeral Home. Burial will be at 9 a.m. Friday, November 9, in West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. She was the widow of Robert "Boss Ugly Bob" Karriem. She leaves two daughters, Brenda Catron-Matthews (Tracy) of Memphis, Briana Catron-Alicea of Chicago, IL; two sons, Byron R. Catron (Pamela) and Brandon Catron (Allison), both of Memphis; two sisters, Cortella Mitchell (Wade) of Las Vegas, NV and Charlemene Ratcliff (Warner) of Harrisburg, IL; two brothers, Charles Colbert, Jr. (Pat) and Curtis Colbert, both of Chicago, IL; six grandchildren; host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
