Mrs. Norma Morgan Rupert, 95, of 3309 Highland Lane, Fairfax, Virginia, entered into rest Tuesday, April 3, 1990, in Fairfax. Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday at Pierce Memorial United Methodist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Loyd Luvern officiating. Mrs. Rupert, a native of Augusta, had retired as a government employee. She was a former custodial officer with the Women's Federal Penitentiary, Alderson, W. Va. She was a graduate of George Washington Law School, Washington, D.C. Mrs. Rupert was a former member of Pierce Memorial United Methodist Church. Survivors include five sons, John B. Rupert, Grovetown, Ga., Rodney C. Rupert, Clearwater, S.C., James M. Rupert, Stevens City, Va., Donald M. Rupert, Denver, Co., and Marvin A. Rupert, Augusta, and three daughters, June Rupert Allen, Fairfax, Va., Mary Rupert Cranford, Springfield, Va., and Margaret Rupert Green, Silver Springs, Md. Platt's Funeral Home.
