Sarah Frances was living with her grandparents in 1910 and 1920. Frances was married to a Smith by the time of the death of her grandmother Sarah Richardson Mairs.
Sadly Helen was killed in a building fire in St. Louis at only age 32. She was a widow at the time of her death.
The last name for daughter Sarah Frances was given as Herrington in 1910 and 1920 census records. Helen's death certificate listed her as Harrington but she was listed as Herrington in 1900 census (and married).
