Phyllis was the fifth daughter born to John and Margaret (Needham) Stacy. Her sisters are; Wanda, Jean, Jane and Jan.
She was married to Francisco Villarreal on March 5, 1973 in Oklahoma. Their family consisted of five children and eight grandchildren.
Phyllis was a happy person, always laughing and joking around. She was very witty and had a come-back for most everything!
She became ill in 2005 and was diagnosed with non-alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver. She had a liver transplant on Christmas Day, 2005.
She was much loved by her family and friends and will be greatly missed. She loved her family very deeply in return. We will forever feel the void that is now in our lives. She is buried in the family plot at Coffeeville Cemetery.
