Oscar Johnson, 49, of 119 South Market Street, Lisbon, died Wednesday at 6 a.m. at home following a lenghy illness.
Mr. Johnson was born Sept. 7 1927 in East Liverpool, a son of William H. Johnson and Sarah Alice Malone Johnson. He had resided in Lisbon for 10 years and at one time wa a truck driver for the Caplain Scrap Yards here, last working five years ago.
Survivors include two sons, John Johnson and David Johnson; two daughters, Cathy Johnson and Sandra Johnson; three brothers, Walter Johnson and James Johnson, both of East Liverpool and Charles Johnson of Canton; three sisters, Mrs. S.A. (Esther) Anderwald of San Francisco, Mrs. Jessie Kyle of Beaver Falls and Mrs. Joseph (Lucy) Janser of Canton.
Services will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. from the Martin Funeral Home by the Rev. Raymond R. Barry of St. Matthews Episcopal Church in Chester. Burial will be in Calcutta United Presbyetrian Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Friday afternoon and night.
